We're busy getting the green-house and fields ready. Planting peas, scallions, spinach, several kinds of lettuce, chard, radishes and turnips. Soon we will be adding green, purple, & yellow beans; beets, broccoli, onions, zucchini, patty peppers, squash, heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, culinary herbs, carrots, potatoes, sweet corncarrots, beets, salad mix; sweet potatoes, spinach, greens like chard & kale, leeks, green onions, broccoli, cabbage, potatoes, winter squash & pumpkins.
